About David Small

MagicSacDavid Small is mostly known in the computer world for inventing the “Macintosh Emulator”, which taught an inexpensive PC (“Atari ST”) how to run an expensive Mac’s software. They were called “Magic Sac” and “Spectre GCR”, which proves David can’t make up a good name for computer products.SpectreGCR

However, he’s also known for writing articles to explain complex things in plain language. He’s had over 500 magazine articles and 3 books published. Reading a list of all these articles would stun a goat, and he would never do such a thing to the kind readers here.

David lives in his beloved Colorado, he has two sons, Eric and James and his daughter Jennifer just turned 30, which David still can’t believe. (“How can I be old enough to have a thirty year old daughter?!”)
